The cotton type is traced back from the yarn. Cotton bolls with appropriate fiber length, which were cultivated in the optimum conditions are sought and processed.
The fibers advance by being continuously monitored by a careful team and being subjected to sample tests. They are linked with every stage to form a strong bond.
They are wound on spools of every size, in every color from blue to red and then to yellow. The spools are wound and unwound on these extensive machines, through full-automatic systems until they are transformed into bobbins to be loaded on to trucks.
Every millimeter of every single bobbin on the truck is embraced in a tremendous amount of hard work and care. Without a speck of dust, with identified stress tension factors, uniform in specifications, they are stacked side by side and one on the top of the other until they leave for the knitting process.
